​The Ashton Woods Owner's Association Board of Directors has established dues

for the 2024 year to remain at $375.00 per lot.

Dues are mandatory and MUST be paid no later than March 1st 2024.

We accept Credit/Debit and Personal Checks for dues.

You may send a check for dues to the P.O. Box listed on our homepage.

If you'd like to pay by Credit or Debit, please send a request to the Treasurer via the tab on the left.

Any payments received after March 1st will incur monthly interest until dues are paid in full for the year.

Please remember that Association dues are a mandatory obligation and must be paid yearly IN FULL. Failure to pay delinquent dues will result in additional legal action which in the state of Virginia includes additional fees and interests, issuance of a Warrant in Debt against the homeowner(s), Attorney costs and placement of a Lien on your property.
